A Regency townhouse reborn

This fabulous project was a complete refurbishment of an 1820s terrace house situated on a garden square in Knightsbridge.

Starting with a blank shell that had lost its original features, we reinstated beautiful architectural details such as new doors and cornices throughout, working with historic specialists.

The decorative schemes suit both the period of the house and the fresh and modern personality of the client, herself a fine artist. With a combination of antiques and modern furniture, exquisite murals and artworks, and sensitively designed lighting and joinery, we succeeded in breathing new life into old bones.

The result is something we are very proud of – a beautiful and truly personal house.
